What does DNS by Region compare?
It sends the same DNS question to multiple country-labeled resolver configurations and displays the answers side by side.
Why can DNS answers differ by country?
DNS answers can differ because of cache timing, geo-aware CDN routing, split-horizon DNS, or resolver-specific upstream paths.
Is this the same as querying authoritative DNS?
No. This view compares recursive resolver answers. Authoritative DNS may be correct even while some recursive caches still show older records.
