Terms of Service

These Terms apply to AccessTest accounts, monitoring, diagnostic tools, and paid plans.

About AccessTest

AccessTest provides website monitoring and public diagnostic tools, including URL, HTTP, DNS, SSL, redirect, and IP-related checks. Results are provided for troubleshooting and informational purposes and may vary by network, location, timing, and target configuration.

Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

You may sign in with supported email or Google authentication. We may suspend or restrict an account when necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, or comply with law.

Monitoring authorization and responsible use

You may add a domain or URL only when you have the right or authorization to monitor or inspect it. You are responsible for configuring appropriate check frequency, expected responses, keywords, headers, and request content.

You must not use AccessTest to overload or disrupt third-party systems, bypass access controls, probe systems without authorization, distribute malware, violate privacy, or otherwise break applicable law. We may rate-limit, pause, or terminate access that creates risk or excessive load.

Plans, payments, and refunds

Some monitoring features require a paid plan. Prices, billing periods, included regions, and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page before purchase. Payments are processed through PayPal, and an order is not complete until the payment provider confirms it.

A 7-day VIP Trial may be limited to one purchase per account. You must not create duplicate accounts to bypass plan limits. Unless required by applicable law or stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable after the plan has been activated.

We may change plan features or prices for future purchases. Changes do not alter a completed order unless required to correct an error or comply with law.

Service availability and results

The service is provided on an availability basis and may be changed, paused, rate-limited, or discontinued. Monitoring results are not guarantees that a website is available to every user or that an incident will be detected immediately.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, false positives, false negatives, third-party network conditions, target-server behavior, or events outside our reasonable control. Do not rely on AccessTest as your only safety, security, or business-critical monitoring system.

Intellectual property and feedback

AccessTest and its software, branding, content, and design are owned by AccessTest or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain rights in information you submit and grant us the limited permissions needed to operate the service.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, non-payment, or operational reasons. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination where applicable.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is posted means you accept the revised Terms. If a change materially affects paid services, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable.
